About Frat & Sorority Faces
Frat & Sorority Faces was created with a clear purpose: to unite fraternities and sororities across the nation through connection, collaboration, and shared impact, both during college and long after graduation.
The idea began when Larry Fridie, a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha, recognized a missing link within the Greek community. While fraternities and sororities lead powerful initiatives, community service projects, mentorship programs, scholarship efforts, and cultural events, there was no centralized platform where these positive contributions could be shared, celebrated, and amplified across organizations.
After conversations with his sons, Dustin and Troy Fridie, Larry envisioned a space where Greek organizations from HBCUs and universities nationwide could come together to stay informed, and to work together. A place for chapters to highlight the good they are doing, inspire others, and build partnerships to promote and participate in impactful projects and initiatives.
Frat & Sorority Faces provides that space. Each fraternity and sorority can create its own dedicated page, allowing chapters and members to share meaningful updates, including service projects, step shows, graduations, weddings, career milestones, and life events. More importantly, it creates opportunities for collaboration by encouraging organizations to support one another, join forces on community efforts, and build stronger bonds across Greek life.
As the vision expanded, Larry invited Lynthia Ross, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, to help bring it to life. Together, alongside Dustin and Troy, they spent months developing, refining, and investing in a platform designed specifically for the needs of the Greek community.
Today, Frat & Sorority Faces stands as a movement. A place where fraternities and sororities can showcase their impact, connect across chapters and generations, and continue building a legacy of service, unity, and excellence for years to come.
